Learn more at <a href="https://www.jnj.com/medtech" target="_blank">https://www.jnj.com/medtech</a></p><p><br />Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst in HCP Engagements located in either of these locations : West Chester, PA , Irvine, CA, Raynham, MA, Jacksonville, FL or Cincinnati, OH</p><p> <br /><b>Position Overview: </b><br />Analyst: Professional Relations & Operations, is responsible for the execution of health care professional (HCP) and entity (HCPE) consulting engagements including Service and Payment processing within MedTech. </p><p><br /><b>Responsibilities:</b><br /> Under and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:<br />• Receive HCP Engagement Request from Business Partners<br />• Vet/Approve HCP Engagement Requests against policies<br />• Preauthorize HCP Engagement: Inform Business Partner<br />• Receive Certified SOW from HCP<br />• Process payment per company reimbursement policies<br />• Initiate and approve Supplier ID creation<br />• Responsible for presenting business-related issues or opportunities to next management level<br />• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures</p><p><br /><b>Requirements:</b><br />Qualification: <br />• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required or equivalent experience<br />• Highly professional verbal and written communication skills through a minimum of 3 years business experience are required<br />• Highly proficient Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint is required</p><p>Preferred:<br />• Prior experience in any of the following; Professional Education, Professional Relations, R&D, HCC, Medical Operations, Sales Training, Sales, Customer Quality, Sales Management and/or Marketing with a history of success is preferred<br />• Experience with Icertis Contract Management System and engagepro+ preferred<br />• Experience with procurement processes & Totality preferred<br />• Experience with the annual needs assessment is preferred<br />• Experience with cross-functional teams and across a matrix organization is preferred<br />• Proven track record to understand, implement and support business strategy is preferred<br />• CCEP - Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional Certification is preferred</p><p></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
