Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine</p><p></p><p>The Associate Director, Market Access Insights &amp; Analytics will be a strategic and trusted advisor to SCG partners, with a focus supporting Payer Accounts and Market Access. They will be familiar with syndicated data and market dynamics pertaining to formulary coverage, reimbursement, buy-and-bill and patient affordability. This position will deliver key insights from Payer Account analytics and be responsible for innovating and managing market access tools.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p>Design and implement integrated analytics which inform market access and sales pull-through strategies and tactics for Payer Accounts. This includes determining efficient analytic approaches and statistical methods, working with supplier partners, encouraging strong partnerships in the context of resources, timing, and overall project goals.</p><p></p><ul><li>Lead the process of generating new insights and actionable recommendations and influence business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making.</li><li>Lead the process of evaluating and validating market access claims.</li><li>Work closely with the team to evaluate and design innovative approaches in utilizing Payer data in addressing business questions.</li><li>Lead strategic analytics projects with a focus on specific business questions.</li><li>Work closely with SCG Strategy and Operations team to identify enhancement opportunities for existing analytics &amp; reports.</li><li>Synthesize large and complex data sets necessary to answer key business questions and uncover relevant insights.</li><li>Partner across matrix areas (including other MAIA functions, marketing and SCG) to establish best practices in payer analytics/metrics, and champion harmonized approach across areas.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience across the following categories; business analytics, market access, payer analytics, sales, strategic planning, and/or management consulting</li><li>Working knowledge of pharma and managed markets data sources (to include IQVIA, Symphony Health, formulary data)</li><li>Knowledge of market access dynamics (e.g. payers, specialty pharmacy, patient access)</li><li>Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Ability to coordinate, integrate, and analyze large data sources and draw cohesive conclusions</li><li>Ability to influence all levels of the organization and to engage across a broad range of business partners and functions</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and presentation)</li><li>Ability to work in the Titusville, NJ office 3 days a week and travel up to 10% domestically.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Ability to learn/apply Rx, patient claims, and managed markets data sources (e.g. IQVIA, SHS, formulary data).</li><li>Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (model selection and hypothesis testing, statistical inference, promotional response modeling etc.) and experience with real-world applications.</li><li>Experience using sophisticated data methodologies and tools (e.g SAS, SQL, Dataiku)</li><li>Ability to craft and influence organizational decision-making.</li><li>Demonstrated success solving business problems and generating useful insights and recommendations.</li><li>Strength in storytelling, data visualization and developing effective presentations for an audience of Senior Leaders.</li><li>Knowledge across a broad spectrum of analytic approaches / data sources and ability to identify appropriate approaches to address key business questions.</li><li>High degree of intellectual curiosity; strong learning agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues.</li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
