The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.This individual will lead network transformation projects to deliver our strategic priorities, enabling resilience for growth while optimizing profitability, income and cash flow. They will identify and develop new business opportunities, prioritizing capacity, flexibility and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and develop several cross-functional teams in the implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives for large-scale portfolio changes</li><li>Provide strong program management capabilities to drive end to end value, collaborating heavily with commercial, regulatory, quality, R&D and other supply chain partners</li><li>Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, while balancing leadership requirements and expectations</li><li>Ensure effective project management of all key strategic projects – with appropriate process controls, metrics, and leadership updates. Partner closely with Finance to ensure Financial planning and tracking is in place for all projects</li><li>Develop and deliver presentations to PMO/Management on project goals, plans, issues and risks, including progress reports, mitigation and contingency plans</li><li>Develop and revise project plans, work with leadership to distill complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner</li><li>Lead team to deliver and exceed all project objectives. Challenge the team to be a high performing team that identifies solutions to exceed project commitments</li></ul>QualificationsEducation: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required; a focused degree in Engineering, Science, or Business or a related field is preferred. An advanced degree, Master’s is preferred.Experience and Skills:Required: <ul><li>Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams</li><li>Demonstrated ability to successfully lead large complex programs</li><li>Strong communication, influencing and leadership skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
