Job Description
Lead all strategy development and tactics related to the EPI consumer journey including value propositions, positioning, segmentation, and creative development. Serve as the patient, brand, and product subject matter expert for CREON consumer marketing. Develop and articulate effective marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, and easily communicated, and clinical/financially supporting for areas of responsibility. Associate Director will partner with key cross functional partners (marketing analytics and business intelligence, CI, PA, medical affairs, medical and regulatory review, OEC, and legal) to identify and use insights and the patient journey to develop stakeholder specific messaging, tactics, and targeting across multiple channels while also regularly finding ways to optimize our spend to drive profitable impact . This individual will also lead work with our strategic agency of record, and extended agency network. Key Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Head of Marketing, agency partners, and Cross-functional business leaders to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives/goals, market, and financial results.
- Lead the continued evolution of the consumer strategic and tactical plan development across both CREONs branded and DSA ecosystem
- Drive and participate in Strategic Planning process, Plan, and workshops.
- Demonstrate and utilize holistic understanding on financial planning and metrics.
- Understand trends in the marketplace impacting Consumer Marketing using data driven strategic insights to apply on an on-going basis
- Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate to deliver business results.
- Develop and execute effective and efficient Media Strategy.
- Manage and monitor P&L with detailed focus on Consumer spend for the brand.
- Grow brand/product penetration, share and awareness.
- Develop innovative tactics with keen insight for the brand, leveraging the patient journey.
- Direct and manage projects, including execution of marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks.
- Demonstrate strong leadership attributes and provide leadership, direction, and development for two direct reports
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 8+ years of consumer marketing experience with heavy experience in media, including digital marketing, with the ideal candidate having broadcast and media planning leadership experience
- Previous cross-franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
- Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies including advertising, digital, database agencies and internal cross functional partners.
- Experience with mass media including broadcast TV, DTC mass media (Radio, Print, Web)

- Understanding of social media platforms and their application
