Translates complex business initiatives, product updates, and process changes into clear, actionable training and materials that drive adoption and field execution. Partners with stakeholders on small to medium-sized initiatives to deliver high-quality, role-based content that supports teammate performance and client impact. This role supports enterprise consumer banking priorities and is not specific to Mortgage products or operations.There is a 5 day in-office expectation. Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Drive and support the overall training strategy to drive high teammate engagement within CSBB. Partner with various entities (Truist Learning, vendors, external & internal partners) to deliver on agreed upon strategy. 2. Design, build and deliver timely, thorough and engaging need-specific training and enablement topics based on business prioritization and teammate absorption capacity. 3. Represent team by participating in complex cross-functional initiatives and large-scale projects. 4. Work with stakeholders to prioritize training needs intake across CSBB through a change management lens. 5. Serve as line of business representative and SME for Truist Learning design and material review. Ensure key training courses are reviewed and audited according to internal standards. 6. Measure the effectiveness of training strategy through reporting, analytics, and surveys. 7. Contribute in the day-to-day maintenance and oversight of centralized role-based online repository to enable teammate preparation and knowledge. 8. Stay current on CSBB guidelines, policies, procedures, and system changes to effectively support teammates. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Ability to independently synthesize complex information and translate into training & enablement materials easily consumed by teammates 3. Advanced skills in presentation 4. Engaging communication style, both in-person and virtually 5. Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills 6. Strong organizational and planning skills 7. Excellent relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and related training. 2. Experience with adult learning methodology 3. Working knowledge in all areas across consumer banking 4. Experience working in an Agile environment
